Subsocial is a Layer 1 chain in the Kusama ecosystem, running on top of a parachain designed specifically for social networking. And Subsocial has developed the Spacers NFT collection. The Spacers collection features gamified NFTs based on science fiction, exceptional NFT technology, great graphics, and self-government.
Subsocial wanted to generate interest in the new Spacers NFT collection. We delivered.

Challenge
The NFT market is highly competitive, with new collections appearing daily and the public more interested in popular marketplaces and networks like Ethereum and Solana. Subsocial has not stopped there, creating gamified NFTs on RMK 2.0 standard, so the technical aspect had to be highlighted. The purchase of NFTs is made with Moonriver tokens, and we needed to explain to a regular user how to do that.
Moreover, the user didn’t know what he was buying before the NFT mint. This is a surprise moment, but potential buyers might skip it without knowing what they are paying for.
Ultimately, the social aspect of the collection and the Subsocial project had to be the focus.
Delivery
We prepared an NFT press release with a joint contest with the Subsocial team on tradecrypto.com, our social networks, and all media channels.
In the contest, 4 lucky winners could get 4 Spacers pod NFTs ranging $50-1000 for free if they followed simple rules.
